Shipping your chair for repair is easier than you may think. We receive Herman Miller chairs from all over North America every week. Send us your photos, we'll provide a quote, and we'll tell you exactly how to pack and ship the chair before it leaves your house.
To simplify the shipping process, we can send you a box that includes a return label and packing materials. You only need to ship the parts that require repair. While some disassembly may be necessary, it's a straightforward process. An instructional video on how to disassemble an Eames Lounge appears at the bottom of this page.
Please be sure to pack only the parts we need to fix. You can call UPS to arrange for a pickup at your home. We insure all packages for peace of mind. After we complete the repairs, we provide another detailed video on how to reassemble your Eames Lounge. We have found this method to be safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
